These lights replace some weaker ones that I had hanging up at the gated entrance to my farm. I was hoping they were more powerful and they are. They fit the existing hangers so I don't have to take stuff down and drill new holes in the brick columns (a really good thing!). I will probably buy a few more for my farm gates as well.

Very easy assembly, they look sharp and match the rest of my verdi lights in the front of the house.

I purchased three for walkway lighting. I wish the poles were longer, however I am still happy with my purchase and would highly recommend them.

I used these to replace cheaper plastic models, and hung them on a double shepherds' crook in front of our house. They are very well made of metal and glass and much brighter than the standard one bulb units. You need to take the globe off and turn on a switch next to LED assembly before using. I had one small problem which was easily remedied. One lamp quit after a few days. I open up the battery compartment and found a film on a battery contact and on a battery. It wasn't causes by leakage or anything serious and a few swipes of a light sandpaper clean it off and did the trick.

Living in Buffalo, the winter is alway the big test, but I think these lights will hold up fine.
