What does it mean that bulbs are not eligible for replacement? A:It means that bulbs that are included with the fixture are not eligible for replacement. The main reason being is that the manufacturer for the Bulbs are not the same as the one who makes the lamp fixture. Marjorie

We want a photo cell light that automatically turns off during the day, but is not solar powered, but rather runs on electricity. Is this photo cell or solar powered? A:This one is Solar powered, per it's description. There is one similar (style-wise) to the one you were looking at:#2279245 by SeaGull Lighting $91.80. It doesn't include the post, you'd need to buy that separately, but this does use a Photocell. There are others on our site. I did a search for Photocell Post Lights: 28 matches came up, but some of them were Solar powered, so you need to sort through them that way.
