	What does it mean that bulbs are not eligible for replacement? A:It means that bulbs that are included with the fixture are not eligible for replacement. 	We want a photo cell light that automatically turns off during the day, but is not solar powered, but rather runs on electricity. Is this photo cell or solar powered? A:This one is Solar powered, per it's description. There is one similar (style-wise) to the one you were looking at:#2279245 by SeaGull Lighting $91.80. It doesn't include the post, you'd need to buy that separately, but this does use a Photocell. There are others on our site.
