Exelent product. Every one makes coments upon entering our home.

1)The chandelier arrived later than originally indicated
2)Main frame was missing cushions where glass was to be seated - improvised with moleskin
3)Glass sides (8ea) don't fit as well as they should and not matching the curve of the frame - allows light to penetrate through frame seams
4)Instructions are very marginal
5)Adjustments of mounting plate to accept canopy(fixture plate) and cap nuts are tedious
6)Frame is bent for some reason?
7)Adjustments for center pipe to install glass plate are the worst and I've done a few - back and forth trying to get it right and assuring enough thread has been inserted to be safe
8)Instructions refer to a white/neutral wire and a black/positive wire from the fixture - there both black - an inexperienced person wouldn't know that the half of the wire that is ribbed is neutral and the half with writing on it is positive
9)Doesn't hang level - uneven glass distribution perhaps
10)I am considering returning it
